Dental practices featured on Dentalsway can promote their offered treatments, showcase pricing details, operating hours, staff information, and more. Patients have the opportunity to share their reviews and can reach out to clinics directly through our platform, either by phone or email.

Regarding your clinic
Is it possible for me to include my clinic on the site?
To include your clinic on the platform, visit www.dentalsway.com and select the ‘Become a partner’ link located at the footer of page. In case of any difficulties, you can request our Content Team to add your clinic by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line ‘Request to Be Listed.
Is it allowed to have multiple clinics listed under a single account?
Certainly, reach out to us directly at [email protected], and we will incorporate them into your existing listing.
The phone number displayed on my brochure page is inaccurate. Am I able to update it?
Dentalsway doesn’t show your actual phone number. Instead, we provide a special number that redirects to your clinic. This helps us track and analyze phone inquiries using Dentalsway reporting tools. The redirect number is important for understanding how many calls you get, when they happen, and how long they last.
I don't want to be featured on this site. Could you please remove my listing?
We work like a search engine, Dentalsway, that helps people find and compare dental clinics. Information about clinics is available on various search engines and business directories, like Google, Bing, and Yellow Pages, including us. Our goal is to show accurate and current details about private dental clinics globally. You can log in to your account to update your information, or if you prefer, you can guide us to a website with the correct details, and we’ll maintain your listing accurately. If you don’t want to get inquiries from us, that’s fine; you can turn them off.
About Enquiries
What does the term "enquiry" mean?
An inquiry is a real recommendation from someone searching for a specific treatment in a particular place. Users pick a particular clinic before asking their question. Our inquiries, sent directly to clinics, are specific, relevant, and on time. Users contact clinics by phone or email through Dentalsway. Making an inquiry on the site is completely free for patients. Dentalsway sells packs of inquiries to clinics wanting to treat more patients. Note: An inquiry doesn’t mean a confirmed patient. It’s up to the clinic to follow up on all inquiries, and the patient decides where they want the treatment.
How do you track the number of inquiries received?
At Dentalsway, we keep tabs on every call or email inquiry users make on our site. We do this for two important reasons. First, we want to make sure patients quickly hear back from their chosen clinic. Second, we filter out fake or spam inquiries, so we only bill clinics for real patient requests.
How does Dentalsway monitor and record phone calls?
Dentalsway may not always show the actual phone number of a clinic. Instead, the website often creates a special number. When someone calls this number, it automatically redirects them to your clinic. This helps with advanced tracking and supports Dentalsway’s reporting tools.
About Payment
What is the fee for listing a clinic on Dentalsway?
Adding your clinic to Dentalsway is free of charge. However, free listings may not stay forever. Clinics have the option to pay for our services to ensure they are seen online. Dentalsway is free for people searching and reaching out to clinics, with over one million users doing so every month.
What is the expense associated with receiving patient inquiries through Dentalsway?
If you’re interested in paid services, we assure you a steady stream of new patient leads through a PPL (price per lead) model. Lead costs can begin at €10 and may vary based on your clinic’s type and location. Contact [email protected] for a price estimate for your clinic.
Is there a VAT charge applied?
Dentalsway.com is a company registered for VAT based in Turkey, where the VAT rate is 18%. Invoices to clinics within Turkey will include VAT, and clinics are required to settle this, whether they are VAT registered or not. Clinics within the EU (excluding Turkey) must pay VAT unless they provide us with their VAT registration number. Clinics outside of the EU are not obligated to pay VAT. Which forms of payment do you accept?
We welcome payments through Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Additionally, for transactions exceeding €1,000, we also accept payments through bank transfers.
Is it possible for multiple members of my staff to utilize the same Dentalsway account?
Certainly, all clinics, whether they are free or premium customers, have access to our support systems. There is no restriction on the number of staff members that can be added.
